To start things off, Saturday I made a case for my iPod out of a micro fiber cleaning cloth, by sewing the side and bottom, and flipping it inside out. and it works great.
It's getting colder this week, good thing I've got my earbags.
I'm thinking about entering NaNoWriMo next month.

It's been a while since I got a chance to get on here, but I'm back.
I've started Geocaching and I've found just about all the caches here in town. And I've placed a cache too.
The new fall shows on Kids WB begin this saturday.
It's starting to get colder around here, as we get closer to fall.

I got to see National Treasure again friday night. Also the hack a day podcast shoud be out this week.
For some odd reason, my radio controlled watch was 1 minute faster than my radio controlled wall clocks, but is now correct.
I finally dug out my camera again for some photoblogging, and I downloaded Hello to help with that.
Also I have posted up the ARES,SKYWARN & CERT presentation, and here is the link: ARESSKYWARNCERT.zip

tomorrow night at 7 PM in Fall City, NE is the monthly Tri-State ARC meeting, and my Dad will put on a presentation about ARES, SKYWARN, & CERT. Tomorrow night or Sunday I will try to link up to a copy of the presentation.
So far this week, I've watched the following movies in order: Finding Nemo (2-Disc DVD), Stephen King's Rose Red (on SCIFI), The Incredibles (2-Disc DVD), and Ladder 49 (DVD).

I've created 4 templates, all of them look about the same as this one: Template 1, except for the background color.
If you want a copy of the source code, just email me (you'll find my email in the sidebar) and tell me whether you want the Pastel Yellow, Pastel Blue, Pastel Pink, or Pastel Green version.

OK, it was too late for me to post all of this when we got home last night so here it is now:
In 2004 there was 69 tornados statewide in Missouri, and 122 in Kansas (a new record)
On May 24, 2004, there was a tornado outbreak in Northern Missouri, a 6" dia. hail stone near Meadville, MO.
On May 29, 2004, there was a tornado outbreak along I-35.
Spotters are critical to a successful warning
Green clouds normally mean hail.
When looking at what you think is a tornado, look before you report. It might just be a smoke stack from the power plant down the road, or it might just be a low hanging cloud. Also look for rotation - no rotation means no tornado.
Tornado - What's important to report:

I just found out that Bill Gates is planning to do a blog. Now that might be a good thing except for the fact that he probably won't tell anyone that reads his blog about upcoming Microsoft products. If he would, myself and plenty of other people would like that.
And if he would post links to pre-betas of Microsoft software, or select a few of his blog readers to give copys of pre-betas, or even alphas, then Microsoft would have even more beta testers.
If he would post more info on his blog about what Microsoft is planning to do in the future, then that would be nice.
On a side note, Yahoo!, is planning to have a blog service called Yahoo! 360, which I won't be using. Go blogger.

Also, I just found out about Blogger Buzz, and I've been reading The Last Nail, and Biz Stone Genius. If anyone knows of a free, easy to use, and easy to install version of Linux, please comment.

I finally got my Yaesu VX-7R up and running, so now I can talk on the ham radio more than I was.
Yesterday we went down to Springfield, MO, and went to Bass Pro Shops: Outdoor World, I played the laser target practice and on my last shot got one.
BTW, I've been playing Command & Conquer: Attack Copter over on Pogo, and is it FUN!!!

Well, Pokémon: Destiny Deoxys was a pretty good movie, it's about a boy afraid of Pokémon, and a Deoxys looking for another of it's kind. Four years ago a strange meteorite crashed to Earth carrying a powerful secret. Now journey to high-tech Larousse City where secrets are revealed as Ash, Pikachu and the gang meet Tory-a new friend who is afraid of Pokémon and their trainers. New fears surface when a aurora appears over the city along with Deoxys-a Pokémon unlike any seen before. When a spectacular battle between Deoxys and Rayquaza begins, more than just Ash and Pikachu will be needed to stop it. It will take everyone! Charged with big surprises, nonstop action and heroic adventure, Pokémon: Destiny Deoxys is packed with out-of-this-world thrills!
My only real complaint is that it didn't have a short film with it like all the rest of the Pokémon movies.
The description on the back is as follows:Leap into an amazing, all-new, action-packed movie and meet the mysterious Deoxys as this exciting Pokémon adventure takes you beyond your wildest imagination.

Well, as days go, this was a long one...
We stopped at the library, and I checked out some books on Digital Music.
And, for those of you that don't know, over on the Palm Infocenter Forums in the Off Topic section, there is a Rock, Paper, Scissors Picture Battle (that means that we're battling photos that other users post), you might want to check it out (it's kinda fun): http://www.palminfocenter.com/forum/, then scroll down and click on Off Topic, from there you're on your own.
